"actor" gone from posing menu

hi all,

all of a sudden, no matter what character i load, there is either no "actor" item in the posing menu anymore, or there is one but there's very limit choice under that (only lower body and then feet). I'm talking about where you normally change a characters body (make him thinner, taller, change the arms, the face...). It's just gone, no matter what character i choose. I didn't do anything (see pic)
Any ideas?

I assume by menu you mean pane - in which case the Posing pane is for posing, you want the Shaping pane for morphs and shaping (or the Parameters pane, which gives everything).

i'm sorry, i know what's going on. i always used to have the parameters pane there, from where i had access to the posing and shaping parameters at once, in one dropdown/tree. apparently accidentally it was replaced by the posing pane, so i couldn't find the shaping parameters.
