Running Millennium Baby 3 in Daz Studio?

I need a baby/toddler character. The Millennium Baby 3 states it only runs on Poser. Any chance I can import it to Daz?

No problem. It even has metadata for DAZ Studio. It is only in Poser format, but nothing that can't be used in Studio. DAZ's "Compatible Software" list for older items has been crippled since the store switch. Most older Poser-format products will work properly, with exceptions being most everything with .pmd (external binaries for morphs), anything with .mt5 materials, and some .mc6 materials.
