Help! Computer Wizards- Won't Connect To Any Monitors

My son just got an MSI RS10 TD Infinite and it is refusing to connect to any monitor whatsoever. He's tried all types of monitors, plugged HDMI and DP cable to the motherboard, to the graphics card itself, still nothing. My husband is packing it up to ship back in a few hours, my son would really like to see if it can be fixed. It is brand new. And MSI support was worthless. Any ideas, and quickly?

I don't know if opening will void the warranty, but did he tried removing the video card momentarily? At least to see if that shows something.
It may need a bios update o something not correctly conected inside.
Not sure what model you have, there are several
Just looked up this model.

Send it back now and get it fixed, or get a refund.
I would get the refund.
This one seems to be hot garbage.
Lot's of people complaining about the same problem, and many many more problems.
Thanks @IceCrMn There is a computer shop who did an amazing job with our Alienware, he's taking a look at it to see if there is just a loose connection or something not connected up. This guy works from home and actually dropped the other computer off at our son's house as it was "on his way" when running other errands. Service! :) We're probably sending it back. I didn't pick it out. (LOL I DID pick out my Titan and couldn't be happier.)
