Photometric options not showing for point lights

I have the old bar interior set   https://www.daz3d.com/bar-interior  and on rendering it in Iray it comes out quite dark but I have noticed the Point lights in the scene do not have the photometric options to brighten them up

The distant lights in the scene do have the photometeric options and If I add a new point light it has the photometric options.

Is there a way to get the existing scene pointlights brightened up or do I need to replace them manualy?

Have you tried Bar Interior 2018 | Daz 3D?  The original is 3DL.
