Genesis related store purchased product not working

I just bought my first product which says it works with Genesis models.  It's Reptillian for Genesis but I can't get it to do anything except give me a message saying that it's not available yet.  Feeling a little cheated with my first store product. As I'm new to Daz (an old user of Poser), I'm hoping it's a user problem and not a store issue. Does this product with any Genesis model or do I need a specific one. Documentation is limited. hope someone can steer me in the right direction.  I was hoping to use it to make a female lizard warrior for a personal RPG.

    The readme pages tend to say that, usually a few refreshes gets them to open.

    Reptillian is for the original Genesis, installed with Genesis Starter Essentials which you should have as part of your DS downloads. It doesn't have Iray materials, just 3delight, so some adjustment may be needed. Other than that I am not aware of any issues using it in the current version of DS.

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for your help! I found the right Genesis model and I had to turn off Iray and swap to 3delight. Now I just need to do some tutorials on lighting.  Really appreciate the time you took to read and provide advice.
