I, on the other hand, was annoyed that Daz is now using Daz store banners to link to non-Daz websites.

I thought it weird that Daz store items are listed under Tafi, rather than Daz3D.  That's gotta confuse some people.  Was it because of the naked dudes?

I am just the opposite since nothing in the Unity store benefits my use of DS.

I assume the trigger for the banner was purchasing the DAZ to Unity Bridge from the store.

Also, I personally don't have an issue with DAZ making a little cash on the $150 I spent in the Unity Asset Store for referring me since it doesn't cost me anything extra (like being sure to use @Ati's link to support him and his very useful browser add-on).

ETA: To be clear, I don't know that a referral was even paid - just saying I don't mind if they did.

It's true that I got all the bridges. The first one was something I was generally interested in. Then I saw that owning it got me a special discount one day. So I got the rest of them, just in case there were more sales like that. If that's the price I have to pay for owning the bridges and getting access to any special deals, that's fine.

It's a shame it works better than the Unity Bridge but the same people promised the Earth in the MCS page in the Unity forum. I bought some items on the Unity store on 7th Feb. I ran into some issues including the fact that they had sold an outfit and included a second in the package by mistake. I was told an update would be imminent..... Over 2 months later still waiting.
