Look At My Hair (LAMH) Error

Hey All,

Picked up this add on last week and love it... it has made my life just that much easier. However, I have had this error pop up a few times now. It says that it cannot load my preset due to a resolution issue however my Gen 8 and grafts have been the same res ever since I started the preset.

Any ideas? Just really wondering if anyone else has ran into this issue. I really don't want to have to start from scratch for the 3rd time lol.
