Where is the Sun Dial - can't find it

I do not of the Iray sun dial in smart content. I don't know how it gets installed in the first place, so I can't look it up on DIM to find it in the content library. Can someone tell me where I can find it in the content library?

    I don't know if we're on the same page, but if you go to your render settings>Environment and change your Environment Mode into 'Sun-Sky Only' and scroll down. You will see some 'sun' settings appear.

    In your Content Library, under Render Presets -> Iray. It is included in "Default Resources for DAZ Studio"

    Edit: ...unless that has changed with 4.15, but I doubt it.
