Uninstall items that installed manually

Hi Folks,

I simply need to delete some old products that installed manually to my DS library. I guess DIM is not working for it.. Is there any way or any script for this issue that you know guys? Thanks.

I'm not aware of any script to do this.

It helps if you have the original zip folder so you can find all what was installed as you manually dig through the Content folders [data, People, Runtime, etc.] and delete the material. Be sure D/S is closed before doing this. If you don't have the original zip folder as a guide, then one can open most if not all of the loading files to find where the textures, mesh, etc. are located, using a text editor [Notetab Light for eg.]. If the file is not readable, one can use 7zip to decompress the mess to be readable. Use "unzip here" and then add ".txt" to the result.

In windows, easiest way would be to unzip the files from the "installer" into your library, hit yes to overwrite. Then right click, undo copy. That assumes you have the installer file still though.
