Can't upload to my Gallery

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to upload to the new gallery. I click "Post image" and it takes me to the following page: 

 

 

I click to add my image, fill out the text boxes, tags, etc., but the image stays at 0% so I assume it's not uploading. The same thing happens if I drag and drop the image to upload it.

 

 

I can "save" but don't know how to access a saved page. "Publish" doesn't seem to do anything. and preview gives me this:

Yeah, I don't know if I figured it out, either. I usually try to Save, let the gear spin (I'm not sure it ever stops?), and then press Publish. When I get bored, then I check my Gallery to see if it published or not because it never gives me feedback thak things have published.

Always a "hold my beer" moment when I publish here.

Just tried uploading an image and got an "Invalid image" error.  Thing is it's an image already in my gallery.  There's something wrong with the gallery right now

I've tried a few more times and the image just isn't uploading at all. I've tried smaller images and they don't work either, and I've tried with Chrom, Firefox, and even Edge. Saving the page seems to work (but I still don't know how to access them), clicking the publish button brings up a "failed to publish" message in the lower left (Chrome). Now the site is just giving me the "Oops!" page whenever I click post image. :(

 

EDIT: The Oops page is gone, I can try (yet fail) to post images again. I've submitted a help ticket.

Can't delete images, either.  Really wish there was just a large, obvious 'delete gallery' button... that worked.

Should I be able to add Tags an Categories after I publish an image? If I go to edit and fill the additional info and save, nothing happens.
