Saving Posed Clothing

Hi,

I have been experimenting with G2F clothing, poses and adjusting the fit using Blender. By a combination of the movement dials and some careful tweaking in Blender, I can get the clothing to fit most poses (something I have been finding practically impossible using the movement/morphs included with the products).

My idea was to create a library of posed clothing matching the commercial poses I have bought from the DAZ Store. I can see that Aave Nainen does something similar with her pre-posed garments. My problem is that I don't know how to save the posed clothing. If I use: Save As > Pose Preset and tick everything, it does not give me the option of saving the morphs or the movement settings. So when I reload the dress, it does not resemble the original pose at all.

Any ideas?

The morphs are probably set as Modifier/Shape, so they won't appear in a Poser preset. You can use a Property Preset to include both posing and shaping values, assuming you've saved the morphs as assets (or are working on a an item saved as a scene subset with the morphs loaded).

    Thanks Richard.

I have not used the Properties Preset option before but I'll certainly give it a try now. Yes, I had saved the morphs as assets so it should work. First task this morning, though, is to install the 4.7 update. :)

[EDIT] Tried your suggestion now and it works like a charm. Thanks again.
