4.7 full screen and two monitors

First some background, my main monitor is a LCD in portrait running 1200x1920 I use for my viewport and there are no other palettes in it.
My secondary monitor is a LCD in landscape running 1920x1080, this is for palettes.
I am trying to claim the most vertical realestate on the main monitor as I can without loosing functionality.

When 4.7 beta came out I asked if there was a way to remove the "Viewport Tab" tab, and free up the vertical space that it uses. Rob from Daz wrote a script to do that.

When the 4.7 Release came out that script appears to have stopped functioning and there is a "full screen" option in the tab,
the problem I'm having now is it removes the File, Edit, etc. menu from the top, so I moved those functions to my secondary monitor, now when I go full screen on the viewport in one monitor the file, edit, etc. menu still disappears from the other monitor.
Is there a way I can get both full screen for my viewport and the File, Edit, etc. menus off on their own in another monitor so they stay active?
