Open-top lace-up combat boots?

Is anyone aware of a pair of combat boots for G8F that lace up, but the top is unlaced and open,like in the attached photo? I have an idea for a render, and I can't seem to find them anywhere. BTW: The sloppier the better. I'm not looking for shiny new boots, I want some wear, but I'll take whatever I can get.

 

The search has revealed only one set, for Genesis, and they're not quite what I'm looking for.

I love the quality and detail on these and the ones for G3M as well, use them often.
