Failure loading the Measure Metrics plugin

Hi.
I just purchased the Measure Metrics and installed on Mac OS 10.9.5 with Studio 4.6.3.50. The plugin doesn't load. It shows the "Plugin failed to load" message in the About Installed plugins dialog box.

I verified the bitness, it's the 64-bit version installed in 64-bit Studio. Verification was done by running "otool -L"

The log shows this error:

/Applications/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4/plugins/libdzmeasuremetrics.dylib failed to load
Error: dlopen(/Applications/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4/plugins/libdzmeasuremetrics.dylib, 2): Symbol not found: ZN10DzProperty22setWidgetClassOverrideERK7QStringS2_

    I don't own the product, so I'm not sure, but is it possible that the version you downloaded is for DS 4.7? If so, then maybe updating DS to 4.7 would fix it.

    Thank you but that option is not possible at this time. I'm days away from releasing Reality and I cannot alter the development environment. You are probably right, though.

    Hello Paolo!

    I don't have 4.6 left but I did use it in 4.6 and it did load.

    I had 4.6.3.53 (or 52) (the one that was the release version then)

    Running 4.7 now.

    Sounds like a mixup, you're getting the wrong plugin or you need 4.6.3.53

    I can check (but We WANT Reality 4 for 4.7 remember)

    I like Paolo have a serious issue with regard to the Measure Metrics plug in. It seems that I cannot activate it as it refuses to load. I keep getting a failed status for dzmeasuremetrics preventing me from entering my registration key. The message is as follows:

    Plugin failed to load!

    C:/Program Files/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4/plugins/dzmeasuremetrics.dll

    dzmeasuremetrics
    Author :
    Unknown
    Version :
    0.0.0.0
    Reason :
    Library could not be loaded. File is not a valid DAZ Studio plug-in, or was made for a different version of DAZ Studio.

    I am running DS 4.6.3.52 Pro Edition (64 bit) on win7, which according to the documentation for Measure Metrics is a valid DS release and I have no intention of moving to 4.7 until a few minor bug fix releases are completed.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    I'd really rather not seek a refund but unless I am missing something the product does not work as advertised.

    If you bought the plugin after Nov 17, the version you're downloading would be for 4.7. You'll need to submit a support ticket to see if they can give you the previous version.

    Thanks, for that bit of info. Looks like I'm moving to 4.7 a bit earlier than I wanted as I really am looking forward to using the Measure Metrics Plugin to fine tune my character designs. I just hope the release is fairly stable. I honestly doubt raising a ticket will result in a timely positive resolution of this issue..
