Question about PC+ offer I recieved.

Okay so I have my PC+ membership set to expire in a couple weeks due to financial difficulties I am currently having.  Daz sent an offer to me that if I extend my expiring memebership with annual (I usually do quartly) I will recieve a decent discount (which I can afford at present) to keep my account active.  Problem is, I can't figure out how to do it and from the wording the offer/coupon code expires when my membership does.    The basic instructions in the email is to add PC+ annual to my cat the next time I check out along with the coupon code, none of which seems possible to do.  Unless I am missing something.  Any idea on how I do this or did they send me a basically useless offer?

https://www.daz3d.com/platinum-club-annual that's what you add to the cart, then put the code in when you check out, and it should be added to your subscription period.
