DAZ Studio 4.15 file not found

I got a new computer and was working on downloading DAZ. It worked great until I realized that for some reason my settings were set to download everything to my onedrive. It filled it up and caused for it to glitch and crash DAZ. 

I deleted everything from DAZ on my computer, fixed the issue with onedrive so it no longer downloads to there, but now with everything downloaded again it's saying file not found. 

Looking at the content directory manager it looks like it's still trying to pull from onedrive even though the files aren't there. The issue I'm running into trying to fix this is that nothing is labeled the same between install manager and content directory manager so I can't figure out how to get them to match so it can find the files again and load them. 

How do I figure out where everything went to get them matched up correctly?

I'm attaching the error log in case someone understands it and I'm not actually dealing with the correct issue.

Assuming Install manager is right, use this script to make DS match http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/referenceguide/scripting/api_reference/samples/file_io/install_manager_config_import/start - download using the link above the code, then drag into the DS Viewport.
