Old London Streets and Harpsburg - Thanks and advice please

First; I wanted to thank those of you that told me what DAZ (and Stonemason?) could not, for some reason. Thanks for telling me that all I had to do to fix Old London Streets was to delete the skydome that came with it. That worked. Will the same thing work for Harpsburg? Unfortunately, DAZ gave up on both of these. They refunded my 2.00 and change on Harpsburg, when I really wanted to have a workaround. Like "Old London" the product page said it works on DAZ Studios, which is false advertising on the face of it. If so, then how do I make it work? You folks told me about the skydome. It's too late for Harpsburg, but I do want to know If deleting the skydome will would have worked on that as well. THE TRAGEDY is that I waited many months for Harpsburg to go on sale, based on the product page advertising. Then I sent a ticket in to find out why I got black renders, regardless of what I did. Please tell me. Would I have been able to KEEP Harpsburg? Did DAZ dangle a carrot in front of my face and then pull it away once I bit?

Harpsburg has both Iray and 3Delight versions, so it should have worked in the current version of Daz Studio whicheer engine you used (3Delight is still there). But yes, if you are using Iray getting rid of any enclosing sky dome will allow distant lights and HDRs to work.

DAZ. If you are reading this, can you give back my copy of Harpsburg? You didn't tell me about this solution. I'll email you. Hopefully, you'll see the fairness of my request.

You need to open a support ticket, there's very little chance anyone able to handle that request would see it here.
