    Because of the way the strappy things are lying on the shoulders and the odd shape of it overall, my guess would be that it's some kind of bodysuit with most of the material zones hidden to create that cutout effect. I'm afraid that I don't have a good guess as to what suit it could be, but you might look for superhero-type suits here and at Renderosity to see if any look like they've got those shapes in them.
