ERC Freeze in 4.7 - bugged?

When I'm trying to do ERC freeze of the morph (after adjusting the rigging to shape) it look like it does something wrong to the rigging.
When selecting ERC Freeze properties, I chose Restore Figure and Apply Control Property but not Restore Figure Rigging, which is how it worked before.

If you are ERCing changes to the rigging then you do want to restore the rigging, otherwise you will get a doubled-up effect when you apply your morph.
I recall it wasn't the case in earlier versions of DS. Am I mistaken or it was a change recently?

It should always have been necessary - if the ERC moves the joint cnetres, and they are already moved from not resetting, then they will be moved twice as far as they should be. Of course once the figure is replaced by a File>New or application restart the joints will be in their starting point anyway.
Looking back into transferring morphs for Genesis thread, it says that "you need to uncheck Restore Figure Rigging (it is important)".
So in previous DS versions when making morphs with adjusted rigging it worked differently, it seems.
Hmm, that's odd - as I said, it really shouldn't work. And if restoring the rigging was an issue the morph would break once you used it on a freshly loaded figure, which wouldn't have the manually adjusted joint centres.
To summarize: in both cases it is a freshly loaded Genesis with full body morph applied to it which required bone adjustment.
In both cases it was done through automatic function of bone adjustment. After that, with morph dialed to 100% and bones adjusted, it was ERC freezed and saved.
Before 4.7 I had to leave Restore Figure Rigging unchecked. In 4.7 it seems that I need to check "Restore Figure Rigging", otherwise the bone structure becomes distorted.
