Does Store Credit Expire?

tsroemitsroemi Posts: 2,879

I've been meaning to ask this for a while - does store credit actually ever expire? I seem to remember when I came back to DAZ like last year after an absence of more than ten years, there was still a teeny tiny amount of store credit waiting for me ... But I'm not too sure anymore. Does anyone know for sure?

Thanks and cheers!

Gift cards expire after 5 years; but once converted to store credit it remains until used.

Cool! How do you know that?

  • It's been mentioned before ;-)

Here's one old post from Chohole: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/911252/#Comment_911252

Thing is, most don't let it sit there long enough to be of concern lol ...

Here are the details on the Gift Card page. Gift cards used to expire after a year but that was changed to 5 years.

    Details

Purchase store credit for a friend or yourself with a Daz 3D Gift Card. Store credit is not a valid payment method. Credit Card or PayPal only.

Note: Gift Cards expire after five years.

I thought it was less than five years. Ah, shows what my memory is worth.

I think your memory is good. Expiration used to be less than 5 years, but it was changed.
