Will a Nvidia Tesla K80 work with Daz Studio in iRay? Cost of video cards are crazy with no end in sight. I have a server motherboard and cpu's.

I know they are power hogs and no video output. Will the Nvidia Tesla K80 work with iray in Daz Studio? Yes,No? Who can tell me?

    K80 may work. However, not in the latest Daz Studio as you can read in the post @PerttiA has linked to.

    Also, please note that K80 is technically TWO GPU's with 12Gb each and that these cards don't have any video OUT. Ie. you cannot hook them up to a monitor.

    Furthermore, K80's were designed to be installed into 'proper' servers that sit in 19" racks. These server systems have a particular cooling fan layout and these cards are based round that. They do NOT have fans of their own. If you stick it into a workstation/desktop, you need to provide your own cooling 'hack' to keep these monsters cool. Youtube and other places on the interweb will show you how to do it.

    Finally, just to make your life just a little harder, you will most likely experience driver availability/stability issues running them under WWindows 10.
