No discounts on store and blocked from posting a Ticket [SOLVED]

For some strange reason, suddenly in the middle of shopping, all discounts disappeared from the store. I've checked with 2 browsers and my phone. They all show no discounts for any item in the store. Anyone else have that happen. If someone from Support sees this, I cannot post a Ticket so contact me via email or this thread, please.

The discounts did seem to disappear for a while, but (for me) are back now. Try a hard refresh of the store page.
What do you mean when you say you are blocked from sending a ticket. Go here https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Select Sales Support. Write your ticket out before you send the ticket check at the top right hand of the page and click sign in before you click submit a ticket.
What I mean is Zendesk will not let me Sign In to make a Ticket. I had to use my phone. It took multiple attempts before my Ticket was accepted from my phone.
Thank you! They're back for me now, too. Hopefully the Zenddesk issue will also go away soon.
