I am new to Daz but have tried to render a character in a scene but the eyes arent that clear is there a way to clear them up. I have attached the render. Cheers

Try the Spot render Tool, enabling the option to render to a new window in the Tool Settings pane, then drag a rectangle over each eye in turn. Save the spot renders as PNG or tiff and you should be able to drop them on top of the main render. If the issue is that the rest of the image is converged, so rendering stops, then doing a limited area spot render allows the eyes to determine the finishing point
What exactly do you mean by "not clear"? Are you referring to focus, or brightness, or some other detail? The look fine to me considering the low amount of light. Your scene could use more light overall, though. Adding more light also fixes issues with "sparkles" or "fireflies" from a too-short render time. If you're using any type of DoF or caustic settings, the "sparkles" can be resolved by increasing render iterations.
Light is coming from above, and so a downward shadow is cast by his brows. Adding a sidelight might help. Maybe some daylight from the windows.
