DzFire's Cyborg Model 4 Conforming?

The product description says that the Cyborg Model 4 is conforming. It does follow M4's pose but it doesn't exactly "fit" and doesn't change body shape when I change M4. Am I doing something wrong or is this how it works? I'm trying to make a blended human/metal cyborg.

Conforming only means it follows body movements.

Super-conforming is the usual term for clothing that inherits morphs.

I think you're supposed to hide the body parts that stick through. If you go back and look at the blended model, you can tell that the left arm and leg are hidden. The head is done with a trans map.

yes as already stated you have to hide the parts that stick through

if you use Poser Pro 2014 you can load all the morphs you want into your Gen 4 figure, then use the copy morphs function to copy the morphs from Gen 4 to the Cyborg, I have even used this to copy Gen 4 head and facial morphs to the Cyborg mask props with some varying success

    Don't conform him to M4.

Load a Genesis or G2 figure (can be M4 for Genesis or G2), then the cyborg, then do a "fit to" to Genesis, and when the autofit comes up, say it's a "body suit".

Then you have all sorts of tools (mesh offset, push modifier, smoothing modifier, collision iterations, etc) to tweak the fit. You may have to turn off a few protruding cyborg parts).

Genesis is working fantastically well. After fitting, CyberM4 has a ADJGeneralVolume parameter which allow you to "grow" the cyborg parts until it fits that way you want. Really cool!

So how do you hide body parts with Genesis in DS 4.6 again? Last I remember, there was some setting that just shrank the part to really small so it didn't poke out of the clothes. But CyberM4 doesn't fit all that well, so shrinking won't really work. Like with his hand, for instance.

I think it's as simple as finding the body part in the scene tab and clicking on the Eye symbol to hide it.

    That's what I usually do.
