Seriously, the perks don't kick over till the first, The amount should be taken then when perks KICK OVER! I just went to make a purchase with the amount in my balance somewhewre else to find it was not there because of this. Now I am going to have to miss out on something because it is time limited. So Thanks.

Gonna have to politely disagree. I totally understand your pain (I hate it when a sub gets charged unexpectedly), but for me, it's more convenient to time my payments at different times of the month. I don't like it when a company charges everyone on the same day. I've started a sub on the 28th only to be charged again on the 1rst (Patreon and Netflix when going through Xfinity) in the full amount and it feels like such a scam.

I will intentionally start a subscription on a specific day so that it will charge on that day each month. If all my subscriptions came out on the first, I'd always be broke in the first half of the month. This way, I can have some subs charge in the first half, and some in the second half, and everything is balanced out. 

Sure, you could save up a few weeks ahead in anticipation of all those charges if they did all hit on the first, but the same could be said for saving up for charges that hit on the 20th. 

It just seems easier to me for companies not to have to prorate charges (in my experience, they don't, they just charge you in full), and for me to have some charges in the first two weeks and some in the second. 

But yeah, I do feel your pain. I hate it when I get an unexpected charge!
