Is anyone else getting errors when trying to load the Faenor outfit?  I don't think mine installed properly, or possibly it's the dotted e in the name causing the problem.  in the products tab the name instead has a square.  I think it tries to load the files using the square.

    is there a fix coming soon for this or should I just start the process of getting a refund?

    Special characters in product names like that often cause problems. I don't know why Daz allows PAs to do it or doesn't bother to test that it works. You can submit a help request and ask Daz  to fix the product, if you really want to keep it. Otherwise, submit a help request to ask for a refund. The link for either one is Daz 3D Help Center.

    If you decide you want to try to have them fix it, but will want to return it if three months go by and nothing happens, say something to that effect NOW to customer service. You are encouraged to state that you will eventually want a return ahead of time or CS might give you grief for trying to return something 3 months later. 

    "I would like to get this fixed so I can keep the item, but if it doesn't get fixed eventually, I will want a refund." or something like that.

    I installed this via DIM and it loads just fine for me. Just an FYI...
