ISO: Chinese High Fantasy hair for males

I'm playing with a Xianxia style -- it's a Chinese high fantasy genre and anyone familiar with watching those long fantasy dramas know they often take place in heavenly and unerworld realms with actors wearing elaborately-styled, long-haired wigs.
I'm looking for suggestions for this sort of look for males. The closest I had in my (extensive) hair library was Kanzashi Hair for G3F.
A test render for example...I know parts need more work but it should give an idea of what sort of hair I'm looking for.
I don't care what figure generation or gender it's for originally; I can resize to fit.

It easily can be for males. It's been my experience that when they wear long hair like that, (Like in Eternal Love, where the main male character has black hair) and in Eternal Love: The Dream ( a sequel, where the main character has white hair) they wear it very straight down the back, with only a few long locks in the front.

My immediate thought is Prae-Nian, over at Rendo, or Alma by OOT, depending on whether someone can verify how long the morphs can make them (limits can be turned off but things can start looking weird). If one isn't long enough on its own but otherwise looks right, you could layer it over something like Super Sleeky and blend them together by applying the same shader to both. The downside would be that it you might be limited in good viewing angles since they would, at some point, clip each other.
Hopefully someone has a more helpful, one-shot solution, lol. Naturally my thought is to make things complicated, but it's something I end up doing regularly because some styles I need simply don't exist and are too character critical to compromise on.
If you decide to go the blending route, MoLi has a very hard hairline that seems like it would be stylistically appropriate. I use it to combine with parts of other styles when I need that kind of very clear shaping. Biscuits' Hair Salon line over at Rendo may also be useful, particularly the first and third volumes. The products are composed of various hair props that make good finishing pieces for adding to existing styles.
Maybe this for the bangs (if that part is important)

I went through my library and looked at updo's and long hair styles. I have little knowledge of the Xianxia style, but from your picture and discription this was the closest I could come. Many may not work but might be useful still. I am trying not to duplicate any mentions above but I expect I am. One hair is in an outfit, but is pretty long with options. Other hairs may not work but have hair ornaments that might work as accessories.

Thanks for the suggestions, these are great! Some of the hair props I have, others I completely missed. Added a few to the wishlist.
I have kit-bashed hair before but don't do it as often as I should. I was playing around with Wild WInd Hair G8F and Super Messy Updo G8M and the end result wasn't too bad. I have a few of the Bisqsuit props for V4 and should check out the separate parts.
Simple long hair is a bit easier to find, dForce or otherwise. There is Hr-179 for V4 from Rendo that's really long; looks better with different hair shaders. There's also Wezor Hair for G3M. Arki did several really long and elaborate hair styles for V4 and M4 too.
Anyway, this is enough to get me experimenting. :)
