Tracking Interactive License purchases

Yesterday I bought interactive licenses for a few products but the order confirmation mail mentioned only "INTERACTIVE LICENSE" with Sku "DAZINT" as line items for each of the product. The hyperlink associated with each of these line items points to the generic https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files/prod/DAZINT . Even the order history page contains the same information. The only place I have been able to view any acknowledgement of the purchase is at the product page of the individual products where the option for the interactive license purchase now appears disabled. I have already raised a support enquiry for this. But want to know how other users are tracking their interactive license purchases.
Say, at a later date if I want to download only those products for which I have bought interactive licenses to be transferred to my development PC to identify any missing dependencies for interactive media development projects, then how do I do it? Currently, all licensed products are setup on a single PC alongside other products which have been sourced from several other sites. This is definitely not convenient for having a clean setup which would be required for working on interactive media projects.
Afaik, neither Connect nor DIM allows any kind of filters to identify and download only the interactive licensed products.
But more importantly, how do I track the license authorization for interactive licenses in case I lose access to my account for whatever reasons? With typical product purchases, at least I have the order confirmation mail specifying each of the products that I have licensed.

The DAZ Product Manager is currently being updated to work with the new store setup, in the next version which is almost ready you will be able to see license status for each product you own. It's free up to 500 products, so you can test it as long as you like if you want. It's currently in beta as part of the update, on the bottom of the page here you can find a link to the beta page:
https://taosoft.dk/software/pm-daz/
(RDNA products do currently not have any order date or number in the store, so the fields are blank)
I appreciate the work you have done with the tool. But that only solves part of the problem. I assume you are relying on internal APIs to retrieve that information; APIs that are tied to the store software. What happens when a new version of the store rolls out and breaks those APIs since I don't remember Daz ever publishing/supporting API functionlity outside the DS SDK? What happens in the remote chance that I lose access to my Daz account? An official confirmation of these purchases would hold far more value than information retrieved through unofficial channels for all 'formal' processes.
What if there is another licensing strategy change in future like when they moved away from the Game Dev Licence model? How effective would those APIs or the product page based tracking be for tracking the interactive licenses assuming that the product page would be the first target to incorporate any future license changes?
I recall @DAZ_Rawb mentioning in another thread that the new store software would take care of this. That was during September 2020. But even after 6 months and rollout of the new store software, I do not see the necessary tracking for interactive licenses being implemented. Is Daz going to backtrack and reissue order confirmation mails for these interactive license purchases when (and if) they implement better tracking in future?
After some more digging, I can see that this licensing status is reflected in the product library page for the product as either "standard license" or "interactive license" just below the product name. So I am guessing this should address the concerns for discontinued products which are no longer in the store but are still available from the product library once purchased.
Not sure what DAZ' plans are but I wouldn't expect them to make considerable changes to the sources the program get the data from in the near future. There's no store API involved here, only scraping the data on the store and library pages. So as long as these pages are accessible to the user via a browser the data on them will also be accessible.
But of course nothing is certain in this world. The main purpose of the program is therefore actually to have an offline database of your DAZ products which you can use "forever", without being dependent on the DAZ store and whatever might happen to it.
That's correct. But with the program you can get a list of them all in a few seconds.
I think my major concern at this point is why the invoice/order confirmation uses a generic placeholder lineitem and Sku for each of these licenses when the shopping cart already has access to the specific details for each of the interactive license. Technically, the shopping cart should be able to transfer the exact lineitem information to invoicing module, as in the case of standard licenses purchase.
But this generic placeholder item raises some concerns such as the buyer not being able to assert their legitimacy of usage in case they lose access to their Daz accounts. So if Daz decides (at their own discretion) to dispute your usage of any product... you get the picture.
I agree - a few months ago I checked my library for licenses and discovered that over half of them were missing, according to my own records. The library just said "standard license" when I looked them up. Then I checked my receipts and couldn't find any records for these licenses at all (no placeholders or anything - they were simply not present in any of the receipts). A couple of weeks ago I checked my library again and now they were updated and correct though. But currently the flags on the store pages is the only proof I have for owning them.
So, finally got a response from support. It seems they enabled the product names to show up in the order history but declined to resend the order confirmation mails for these orders incorporating any fixe+s. I even asked to be refunded for these orders (I placed them barely 5 days ago) so that I may reorder these items with a new order confirmation mail, but that got declined as well citing refund policies for interactive licenses. Their suggested resolution was to take a print of the existing order summary pages from the site.
P.S. I am lacking any enthusiasm to buy new interactive licenses to check if the new order confimation mails show the respective product names. If anyone wants to, feel free to confirm.
Well I was wrong here I can see, checking again. Half of my licenses are currently listed as "Standard" in my product library. Here's what I have, according to an automated library scan I did last year, a new scan today shows that only the first five are listed as "Interactive" now, the rest are "Standard":
"25173","Cookie!"
"25188","70 Cookie Characters"
"26262","Tutti Frutti: Kiwi Accessories for Cookie"
"26263","Tutti Frutti: Kiwi Texture for Cookie"
"26264","Tutti Frutti: Kiwi for Cookie - Bundle"
"42071","Genesis 8 Starter Essentials"
"42075","Genesis 8 Female Head Morphs"
"42085","Genesis 8 Male Head Morphs"
"52757","Marnie HD for Genesis 8 Female"
"69487","Vernon HD for Genesis 8 Male"
All those listed as Interactive appear as "Manually Added" on the library pages, the rest, except Genesis 8 Starter Essentials, have order date/numbers.
Your case seems to be different than mine. I wonder how it looks for others. But in any case, it might be important to validate the adequacy of the instruments and artefacts provided by Daz towards fulfilment of the grant of permissions as stated in the interactive licenses. I think consultation with a competent authority is definitely required in this case.
So do all your licenses show as "Interactive" in your Product Library?
As for the legal stuff, DAZ does indeed have to provide some kind of valid purchase receipt, yes. Currently I have no evidence at all that I own licenses for those 5 products, other than the Product Library scan I did myself before the big store update last year.
DAZ 3D recently changed how the interactive licenses look in my account. Instead of saying only "Interactive License" they now say the PA product I bought the license for. Since I have the old DAZ Originals Game Developer license I don't buy those individually to know what those look like but it's probably similar.
Here is a recent example:
Items Ordered
You can now find your Interactive Licenses in the Product Library, just type "interactive license".
Unfortunately half of mine (purchased in 2020, before the store update) are still missing (I got no receipt for these either, those products whose licenses are listed as well as their licences are all labeled "Manually added", probably because they're imported RDNA products with no DAZ order numbers). So others purchasing licences at that time may have missing licenses also.
