Fitting V4 boots to V5/Genesis Feet

I've never had a problem with fitting V4 shoes to Genesis, but fitting boots is another story. For example, the Hot Uniforms series of outfits has the feet of my Genesis models come out the ankles of her boots. I've tried to X-Away the feet, but this hideously deforms the boots. Since I don't use V4 for anything anymore, preferring V5 even over V6... Is there any way to make these boots fit my girls?

Most likely the boots were made with the intention that the feet would be hidden - where thay's possible it makes for easier posing.
