This is locked - how do I fix this?

It was working fine this morning. I don't know what I did but it's locked. I can't turn it like I used to. Any advise how to fix this? (pic attached)

    Switch your view from Front to perspective.

    Front is one of the locked view points.

    Front, Back, Top, Left, Right, and Bottom are all locked to their specific viewpoints.
