Hi,

What does this orange banner mean ? I means all the purchased gift cards were redeemed.

"You Have Gift Card Credits Waiting for You" email doesn't exist

Did you know that you have an unclaimed Gift Card with a remaining balance? Refer to the email in your inbox with the subject line "You Have Gift Card Credits Waiting for You " for all the information you need to claim it. You can also contact our customer service to request your Gift Card code.

    IDK. I got that too, same situation. I put in a ticket. No reply so far.

    Daz sent an email to several customers recently about unclaimed gift cards. It might have ended up in your SPAM folder?

    The only unclaimed code was in November after the store update. The email was sent by the newsletter server but never came. 

    Later the support team added another code to the Order Information.

    I wonder if this banner is like a week or two late because didn't that email go out awhile ago?

    There was some sort of problem processing gift cards a while ago. I for example got many duplicate gift card codes, but cashed only one. I suspect that these are the duplicate codes I did not cash. Customer service states they are not, and they are legit codes, and to cash them anyway, and to consider it a gift, so I have.

    But these codes, are those duplicate ones from long ago, I am almost certain.

    Yeah, that's been my suspicion, too. I wasn't one of those who got multiple codes, which explains why I didn't get any emails or banners about uncashed GCs. Was PayPal charged for those multiples or something?

    I was never charged twice. The gift cards I bought were large and I would have noticed. I suspect these transactions generated an extra code which turned up in an audit.

    The store was quite generous to pay for them and this is not  a complaint

    I had the same thing. I claimed the cards to see, the codes worked but I'm sure I didn't pay for it and they're must be duplicates. So I can use the credit ?

    Only thing is: why not write a private email to those concerned, and solve it as a banner instead? Maybe it is just a check who reads their banners, with a little reward for those that do.

    they have said consider it a gift.
