DIM Crashes

Every time I try to install DAZ Studio 4.7 and its components DIM crashes. Can anyone assist me with the problem? Cheers

    Is this Windows or Mac?

    Is it crashing while downloading or while installing?
    Does it crash when you install content rather than software?

    I have uninstalled DIM and re installed the latest version. It has downloaded DAZ Studio 4.7 and told me to hold on while it downloaded Content and would install automatically So far nothing has happened! Cheers

    There is a tab in DIM labelled 'Ready to Download' and you can see what is being downloaded, and there is also a progress indicator to show you the percentage that is being downloaded, can you see that? Are you saying that this never finishes when downloading Content?

    Do the downloaded items get into the 'Ready to Install' tab, there is also a progress indicator there as well?

    Did DIM download and Install DAZ Studio 4.7, or is this the Genesis Starter Essentials you are referring to?

    Make sure Install After Download box on the Ready to Download tab is unchecked.
