Try Zeddicus's products.
Zedidicus does not make animations - only poses, morphs and props.
I don't know of any, sorry. I did a few freebie 'Athletic Stretching' poses over on Rendo with the intent that the squat thrust, star jump and push-ups could all use the same squat pose as the start pose (poses 11-13). If you wish to make them into an animation, you are welcome. They are here:

Sorry, but that's the best I can offer.

Such animations are not so popular.
If you use Unity, take a look at freebies, maybe you will find something to adapt.
There are a lot of freebie animations available (literally thousands of them) already converted to humanoid rig, like:
https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3d/animations/huge-fbx-mocap-library-part-1-19991
https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3d/animations/huge-fbx-mocap-library-part-2-20282
https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3d/animations/huge-fbx-mocap-library-part-3-20285
Try some of them on Daz 3D characters in Unity (after changing the rig to Humanoid - one click action) - they are working great.
seem pretty popular on real people
in Unreal and iClone I can do the same as Artini with Mixamo and other mocap animations, plenty out there
getting them into DAZ studio on Genesis 3 and 8 with their twist bones and DAZ's BVH importer not so great
(genesis 1 and 2 as well as V4,M4 work perfectly)
they certainly can work on g3&8 in other software but it's a DAZ studio import limitation
applying to genesis 1 first and translating the hip with the bone editor and saving as a duf helps ( use pose controls on G8 to get A pose) but they still skate around
I was surprised, too. I have bought many animation packages for Unity, but cannot find any related to workout.
Maybe it is not so easy to mocap them.
These are the good tips. In Unity, I can use IK (inverted Kinematics) and make feet stay on the ground, to prevent sliding/skating
but it is an additional step and I do not often use it.
In Unity, I am also translating the hip, but do not need to use the bone editor for that.
I just adjust hip position in the Hierarchy panel.
@Wendy: I have a problem with transferring morphs from EmotiGuy to Unity. I think, it is partly due to Poser file format for it.
Do you know, if it is possible to convert Poser format of character to the DUF?
And if so, how?
maybe saved as a duf is enough? no idea
Maybe you or someone else could test it in UE4 - I just do not have UE4 working on my new, temporary computer yet.
EmotiGuy is a freebie: https://www.daz3d.com/emotiguy
Thanks in advance.
the DAZtoUnreal exporter only does Genesis 3 & 8 so I would need to do hhim my old way using iClone 3DXchange which almost certainly will work but no help to you
OK he does not have enough bones for iClone but I can add dummy ones in studio which would require converting to duf
this may be your issue to
OK I can get the FBX as is into Unreal and retarget it to the ThirdpersonBP
but
he has no arms and legs so ...
hands and feet just flap a bit
Thanks so much for testing, @Wendy. You are the best.
Now, I need to find the another way... The morphs on EmotiGuy works so well in Daz Studio.
Well, such is a life - full of surprises.
Ok, I have found some references on YouTube:
Squats:
Pushups:
