Newbie: Bug? Daz3DStudio is blocked... for ever :-(

Hello, maybe it is just a stupid problem of a Newbie:
I tried to load a morph downloaded from the internet. But that thing needs other products i dont have. So:
Importing file
Importing somehting.pp2 ...
Reading file somehting.pp2
Error occurred while importing file. See the log file for details.
Failed to import: C:/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library/runtime/libraries/Props/Morphing Stuff/somehting.pp2
Building Scene...
And thats it :-(
I have the button Minimize and History.
But there is no progress cause a file (or some files) are missing...
That happened everytime with that morph and also with other props... However: There is no Locate / Cancel / Stop / OK...
So i cannot work any more - and the scene is not saved to disk...
And i found no hotkey to stop that impossible Building Scene/Import :-(
Comments
pp2 is a poser prop file
you may have to end by using task manager
What's the morph that you're trying to use?
And my data was not saved to disk. What a bad programming: No "There was a error. Abort. Cancel" :-((
I hope someone will fix that ugly bug in the future!
What is the name of this file, and where did you get it?
What is it supposed to do, in other words, what do you want to use it for?
It appears to be a Poser PP2 file, which is NOT a morph, but is a Poser Prop file. How are you trying to load this PP2 file, from the Content Library pane or by using File > Import?
There is no bug in DAZ Studio that I know of in loading PP2 files, if you tell us where we can get this file, we may be able to help.
It is highly recommended that you become familiar with the file extensions and the various definitions.
Familiarity with how files are set up and how to get them into DS is also a good idea. There is a great difference between a file that requires an import function as opposed to a file that can simply be parsed (aka opened) by the application.
Did you read the read me that was included with file before you did anything else? It is rare these days to encounter even a freebie that does not have a read me included.
