SmartContent not working in v4.7

Hi everyone, since the Beta of DAZ 4.7 I have had a problem - when opening the SmartContent tab, the programme happily fills in the thumbnails it's decided are all it's going to show me, and no matter how many other buttons on the menu I click on, I am ONLY shown that set of thumbnails. I cannot, for instance, go the HAIR and see hair thumbnails; just that same set that DAZ has decided to see.
Anyone else had this? I hoped it would resolve itself with the latest version, but no .... and I can't seem to find that button we used to have to reset the DB ...? Possibly I am losing my sight. Or the will to live. lol!
TIA!

Are you running the old Valentina CMS or the new postgres one? There are updates for the CMS (Content Manager System) in DIM (might be hidden depending you how you've set up DIM to show/hide things.
Hi, thanks for responding ... I download and install everything through the DIM, but there are certain things it just refuses to install, in the Install Tab. I have given it all the paths for all the programs but these are what it's not installing:
Please click the gear icon at top-right of the Install Manager interface to get to preferences, then take screen shots of the Installation and Applications tabs and post them here.
Hi Richard, thanks for joining! Here as requested, installation and application tabs. I'm sure somehow I'm missing something; also, DIM downloads stuff that is designated for older versions, so I point those to the versions I have installed. I no longer have Daz3 insalled, for instance, though I'm struggling so much with v4 I sometimes think i should put 3 back in, lol!!
Well, GoZ won't install as you don't have ZBrush (at least, DS doesn't know it if you do).
It looks as if you have Photoshop CS5, but the you've told DIM the 64 bit version is CS6 - that might be confusing things.
Your DS paths are a bit mixed up - the ones in program Files (x86) are the 32 bit builds, so the locations should not be listed for 64 bit versions of DS; similarly those in plain Program Files are the 64 bit builds, so those locations should not be listed for the 32 bit version. That may be confusing the installation of the DS plug-ins. And since the Public Build has its own entries, the path to the public build shouldn't be listed for plain DS 4.5+.
You are pointing to Poser 10 as Poser Pro 2014 - it isn't the same, and Poser 10 doesn't have a 64 bit version, so you should remove those paths.
I've crossed through the redundant items and noted the one you need to change below:
On the content, is E:AllRuntimesDAZ set as a DAZ Studio and as a Poser content directory in DAZ Studio? Edit>Preferences>Content Library tab, click the Content Directory Manager button and expand all the entries for Current Directories.
If you previously Exported User Data (or you don't have any custom categories/tags/metadata and just use what comes with products), try Resetting the Database and Re-Importing Metadata. If the Valentina CMS database was partially corrupt, the conversion of the information to PostgreSQL may not have worked.
Just noticed you don't actually have DS3, so that line needs to go to. If a DS3 version of a plug-in was isntalled over the DS4 version it would break.
