Egg in a sack?

Okay, I'm on the hunt for an item to be used in a kitbash. It doesn't have to be free, but it needs to have a template available, since I'm going to have to do a number of different textures for it. (i.e., painted faces.)
Basically, what I need is a fairly smooth primitive (the head) inside a cloth sack, with a rope tied around the neck.
Mada had an old scarecrow head for Matt, but that one has probably too much of a face sculpted in, and the face wasn't rigged. I don't know how to do face morphs, so that's out. And, I don't have a template for it, anyway.
Someone else released a sack which was draped over M4's head, but that one is shaped like an actual head, with a nose, and the cloth was loose around the jaw, whereas I need something that is just sort of like a ball, or an egg in snugly tied in a sack.
The area below where the rope defines the neck only needs to extend far enough to stick into the shirt without a broad frill that would produce poke-through. But that part can probably be made into a matt zone and hidden if necessary.
Does anyone know of anything like that out in the marketplaces or freebie sites?

You may not be interested, but I'd start at renderotica. I can give you some ideas if you're interested.
Or you could find an easter egg and retexture that.
Well, here's a free, plain egg by Traveler http://www.runtimedna.com/The-Egg.html Comes with props and 3 UV options.
Lilflame has the Scarecrow Hoods for V4/M4 that you can turn around, flip upside down and shove Traveler's egg into the opening.

There is a rope around the hood's neck, which would work as the rope you need.
No, no, what I need is a fabric hood, no holes, wrapped around the shape of a primitive, not the shape of an actual head. i.e., No nose or chin. I don't actually need an egg, or a sphere, just a hood to cover one. Or a stuffed sack which shows the folds of the fabric where the rope ties it.
The scarecrow heads are close, but the holes put them out of consideration, plus, they are the shape of human heads.
I suspect I'm going to end up using the Scarecrow head from Matt, but try turning it around and hiding the modeled in face, or something.
Thanks anyway.
That's why I said to turn the hood backwards, so you're looking at the back of it, but I think that face is on the texture, not modeled in.
Found this too: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/morphing-booty-bag/74266/
Ah ha!That is just about *exactly* what the problem calls for. Thank you!
Np. :) Glad something worked out.
there are these by ghastly on sharceg... for genesis though:

That might well work too, even though it does have the appearance of there being an actual skull inside. Worth trying before purchasing the commercial product.
