can we make a live wallpaper kind of thing using daz3d

for example, I am making a project with a character where I  can render him in a pose but not as a still image where I can give him only some simple animations like eyes blinking, lightning in his hands moving a bit like electricity, some hair motion, little expression  all at once as a live wallpaper. (video)

is this possible in Daz3d if then please let me know if not then where and how can I do it.

please help!!

You mean an animation? Yes, though animating materials requires some fiddling.

It would be interesting to see if one could work it into something like Live2D and rig the animation in there if the goal is an animated avatar thing.

It's always been something I've been interested in trying, but there are only so many hours in a day.

What was animated would be up to you.
