Is anyone else experiencinmg very slow downloads? I am trying to manually download my today's purchases and is taking almost forever. While my download speeds from DAZ are extremely slow I have run speed tasts and they are normal. So, the problem seem to be with the DAZ servers or my connection to them.

I'm getting 54 Mbps which is the max of my connection. In Europe.

There's about 15 new products in the store today and some would seem to be largish files. So if lots of people are trying to download them at the same time that might slow down the Daz servers.

It is taking me as much as 30 minutes to manually download a 400 mb file from DAZ. But as I said my download speeds from test servers are my normal 60 mb per second.

    Any suggestions?

You could do a traceroute to see if there are network issues between you and DAZ.

There's a nice app here with a graphic traceroute tool:  https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/sam_spade.html

Thanks for the suggestion. I downloaded and installed Sam Spade; but it keeps saying 'Failed No Such Host' when I try to traceroute or Ping DAZ. I suppose I may be making a mistake using using it. I'll have to try more later.

Edit: After fighting slow dowloads for a couple of hours my manual download speeds are back up and I was able to download a 750 mb file in a couple of minutes.

    Don't use "https://", just type "daz3d.com".
