Items at $2.10 sounds fantastic, but to my dismay, the items were just textures or older generation and just a page long worth of items. :(

THAT'S their way of honoring 21 years? Star Wars rip offs, robots that can't wear G8F clothing, and the elbow for Moonlight Diner that's been in every sale for two years. O-kay.
I'm happy. I grabbed the Steampunk Time Machine.

i own 6 of the outfits the textures are for, but I also own a ton of material packs so rarely buy textures for clothes. yeah, this was exciting for a second, but faded far into the distance just as fast. The time machine thing does look interesting though.
For once I only own two of the items on offer, but I also only want two of the ones remaining. Then again there are only a small handful total.
I don't mind a certain amount of legacy content being included, as someone who really loved the aesthetic of Genesis 2 and happily picks up outfits and so on if they're available at a good price. One of the available items is for an outfit that I own and another is for one in my wishlist, and I'll pick them up since I don't have very many 3DL shaders but was thinking it would be cool to do something to match the era of the outfits and figures. What I've got in my head is kinda silly anyway so I think it'll fit well.
But not including a single outfit that they're offering the textures for as part of the sale? That's like going to a birthday party where they charge you a couple bucks for a pile of icing and then another $20+ if you want a piece of cake to put it on.

They should have added the actual outfits.
And the list is just too short.
I know DAZ can be actually very generous as we get decent freebies / coupons from time to time that they had not obligation to. So i don't get why do this kind of things with special dates / ocasions. Like they did recently with the epic grant: "Hey we were granted several millions of dollars, let's celebrate by you customers spending more money on us on these poorly discounted items."
Is that today? Can someone link to it, because I just see the usual Season Pass, G8.1, and some specials that don't seem related to Daz's birthday. I opted out of the e-mails due to the NFT drama.

Cake is simply a delivery mechanism for frosting. I'm okay with paying less to get a pile of frosting.

Huh. Everything appears full price for me. Is it only on sale for PC+/SP or something, is there some magic combo of cart items to trigger the sale, or is this one of those "broken Daz Store" moments? (I appreciate the link, though)
Not that there's much to buy. I thought people were exaggerating, but it's one page (even with "hide items I own" unchecked), and it really is almost all outfit textures, with a couple bots, one little room and a couple of mostly old props.
I think it is for PC+ members only.
But not really anything I am looking for.
That would explain why it's full price for me, which is fair PC+ - should get exclusive offers, but honestly I'd have expected PC+ to get offered better deals. This is like the kind of stuff they used to put in the general users freebie section in between the good freebie offers back when that had usable stuff. Not a sale I mind missing.
There's an older body scale on that sales page like you'd find at a gym or a doctors office, I tried looking for a more modern scale that's also already setup for iray, but couldn't find one in the store using the search. Does anyone know if a vendor makes one?
