HD Kayla Product Problem

Hello everyone.
I'm new as hell to DazStudio and still interrested to improve my skill.
Like Discussion Title, Yesterday I decide to bought HD Kayla Remake and Kayla Hair for Genesis 8 Female and installed it in DazCentral and DIM too, The Problem is in the product when I doubleclick to the Kayla it doesn't apper her face model as Kayla but Basic genesis 8 face model, Hair blow and Face expression it doesn't work too but I still can use Parameters to shape her face but not her hair.
I recorded the video to show you for easier examine it.
Did I do something wrong or It's required another products?

    Please don't post links to yoru product Library as only people who have purchased the product will be able to open them - post a link to the store page instead.

    There should be no need to install both through Daz Central and through Install Manager - if you do need to then that suggests a problem from the outset, probably mis-matched paths.

    Is the hair loading at all? Do the  materials for the figure load correctly or is that too stuck at the defaults? Does the hair model load, just not the morphs?

    Thank for your reply and suggestion.
    First time after bought the product I only installed it in DazCental but when it doesn't seem to work as it should be I try it in DIM and it also doesn'twork.
    The hair,body and materials can loading as fine but the problem is her face model stuck at the defaults Genesis8female, "Hair Blow" and "Smile Expression" doesn't work too.

    The expressions would require that the main figure [or the head] be selected, not the hair [as your image shows] ;-)

    I tried it all on the main figure and it doesn't work.
