DAZ 64-bit (0xc000007b) Error

So I recently bought a new computer and installed DAZ on it using the install manager. Whenever I try to launch it (either in administrator mode or not) it gives the following error message:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application"

I also tried installing through the .exe file you can get from the site. During installation it gives this error message whilst installing the MS 2010 Visual C++ Libraries:

"The installation of DAZ Studio 4.7 (64-bit) has encountered an unrecoverable error."

The first time I installed DAZ on this computer, the 2010 C++ Libraries were already present. I tried uninstalling them and letting DAZ install them, but it seems it still suffers a fatal error during that part. I tried manually downloading them, as another forum post suggested, but still the same error.

I have contacted DAZ support but I haven't heard anything back yet, and I have a project that's time restrictive that I'm working on, and I would appreciate any other help I can get.
