Download files only for one scene...

So, I recently purchased a seperate PC with a pretty nice GPU which I'd like to use for rendering. However, the hard drive is a little on the small side.

Is there any way for Daz to only download the assets which are necessary for a loaded scene and not my whole massive library of content?

It could be done but you would have to know what you were using..  Another option is to buy an external SSD, they are relatively cheap and are respectively fast.. I recently bought a Samsung T5 1 Terabyte external drive for $150 AUD, and put all of my Genesis 3 and Genesis 8 content on it..  I have even setup DiM to install to it as well, and I am loving it.. :)

If you allow Daz Studio to go online, to get your order history, then when you load a scene or preset it will offer to install the needed content. Of course this doesn't work for content from other stores or freebies.

Content Gatherer works well for this purpose. It works fine with content installed with DIM, but not Daz Connect installed content.

Thanks, barbult. I have Content Gatherer but I was too dense to figure out how it worked.
