I am trying to put this delicately so that I don't get into trouble. Doesn't the Genesis 8.1 male have anything to make him anatomically correct?

"anatomical" parts aren't on default 8 or 8.1 and is not included in all character sets, but usually if you buy one of the bundles you will get the extra bits.

You'll see on the page if it's included in the list of what it includes.
Hope this helps.
In DazLand they are known as 'Anatomical Elements'.
(Other 3rd party 'Anatomical Elements' are available)
Curiously, both of those bundles include female parts as well as male. Is that just a new policy they've implemented that I hadn't noticed until now?
Also, to the OP, it doesn't even have to be an 8.1 bundle you buy to get the bits if you're interested in using Daz's, as 8 and 8.1 share the same anatomy.
Yeah, intereseting. I noticed that on the new bundles - since 8.1 release, I think? Never really thought about it since I've been purchasing bundles forever and already had all the parts (and never had need to use). Options are always good and welcome, though.
Yes, it's definitely a welcome change. Personally, though, I do recommend third-party anatomy.
It started when G8.1 was released.
Anatomical elements products now include versions for both base figures, which is probably the reason why they started doing that.
I remember years ago when I heard DAZ had separated Mike and Vicky from their anatomical elements. I was so angry. It just didn't seem "natural or right."
I've bought a few "Pro Packs" over recent years. But I've never felt the desire to use their "goodies," after all.
