Faceshop 8 use with DAZ Studio 4.7 and Genesis 2 figures

Genesis 2 figures are not supported in the EZ mode.
However, you can use Gensis 2 figures in the classic mode (draw lines).
Here are the steps:
1. You need to manually set configuration. Click OK
(see Picture 1)
2. In DAZ4.7 configuration dialog use the following setting:
Surface Selections:
Face
Lips
Geometry to Morph
Head
Click Accept
(see Picture 2)
3. In Faceshop select “Other” in the EZ box. Click Next
(see Picture 3)

From here it should work as with other figures. Pls. see manual for description or watch “how-to” videos at http://abalonellc.com/watchdemovideo.html

    There's good news, too.
    1. Texturing works much better with Gen 2 figures:-)
    2. We are getting close to release new software that is 100% Gen 2 compliant:-)

I cannot see any faceshop8 information in daz studio4.7.
And the picture you put here is faceshop6?

Can faceshop8 be a plugin for daz studio4.7? Where can I find it?

Of course FaceShop 8 can be used as a plugin with DAZ Studio 4.7.
You can install FaceShop as both a standalone app or as a plugin for DAZ Studio.
Information and how-to videos about how to install Faceshop at the Abalone support site:
