licenses

Hi, I just started work again after some years and I maby will have a possibilaty to sell some renders fore a comicserie online. This is plain pictures on a website.

The question is how I do with licenses? I have searched all my old harddrives and found lot of items I bought many years ago. Some of them I bought here but others I dont even remember where I got them.

How do I check so all the items have the right licenses for this kind of art?

You don't need a license to sell renders. However, some assets are not licensed for commercial use, so you may need to be careful about that. As far as I know, anything purchased from Daz is licensed for commercial use.

You don't need a special license to sell your renders. You are fine with just owning the product.

You do, but that's part of the standard license you get when buying content here.

If it is for content not bought at Daz, hopefully you can find a readme file somewhere that will spell out your usage rights. You may have no choice but to slog through all your old files and check each one. Otherwise it is safest not to use those if there is any doubt.
