Recommend morph package for changing body dimensions

I did not realize that Figure Metrics in Measure Metrics has so few measurements that can be changed right out of the box.  Just waist/bust/hip/height?  I am a new Daz user so I don't have many morphs in my collection to change the body in other ways.  Scaling individual body parts is not helpful unless I can constrain the length or circumference separately.

Is there an easy way to change other body measurements (thigh, bicep, inseam, etc) that I am overlooking, and if not can anyone recommend a very comprehensive morph package that will give me these?  This is for fitting and modeling clothing, so I will need to make changes that represent different body types rather than anything idealized.  

Any recs for a morph collection will be greatly appreciated!

Do you have the Genesis 8 Body Morphs? They have a good basic selection, though there are no doubt better choices for specific measurements. Don't go overboard on setting targets, the script works by adjusting the morph(s) for the target values, then looking at the result and either increasing or decreasing the adjustment on the next round to try to get closer to the target value; if therea re several morphs affecting an area then it can end up fighting itself and as a result fail to reach a helpful outcome.

Even those were pretty superficial and didn't have nearly as many controls for shapes of the underlying anatomy as for breast and glute shapes.  

I ended up going with Shape Shifter bundle.  That got me most of the way there and I only had to create a few morphs for things like slimmer thighs, a different kind of chest measurement, some different shaping at the glutees, etc.  Anything where I want my figure to be less muscular but not fat.  Just a normal physique of someone who doesn't exercise much.
