I've occasionally seen rounding errors like this, thought it seems to be random whether the 1 cent difference is for or against me. I see you have an extra 10% discount -- what's the source for that, and is it a fixed amount or 10% off?

    Magento can't count.

This hasn't been "happening for months", it's been an ongoing thing ever since the switchover a couple of years back to the Magento store software — totally random as far as I've been able to tell, but most often spotted if you actually switch on your calculator and work out what any given % discount actually comes to in real $$$. I think most of us gave up complaining about it because we were afraid of what else would break while this was being fixed.

I had purchases round up for a whole penny before.
Anyone remember what Richard Pryor did with that in one of the Superman movies? LOL.

But since Daz has Fast Grab, Flash Sales, coupons, and discounts of more than 1 cent, it's not a big deal to me.

He skimmed off the fractional pennies. Of course, that was every transaction the bank made, so it adds up. If I got an extra 1/2 cent for every order I've placed at DAZ 3D, I would have enough to buy a PC item or two.

Hum... I've been logging in my itemized purchases into a spreadsheet for years now, and always used a formula to calculate the total. I've always had the calculated total = the store calculated total.

    On the other hand...

I noticed the discount given shown for MORE Expressions for Genesis 2 Male(s) is the 30% Intro + an additional 10% discount. Have PC+ Members been getting an additional 10% discount on new releases since the PC Anniversary Sale? If they are, I'm surprised that hasn't been advertised (as an incentive to switch over to PC+).

SpottedKitty: Well when I said "for months" I was, of course, referring to DAZ timescales: a time measurement scheme that applies a variable real-time mapping factor to all units of projected elapsed time to convert them into real world time increments. Because the mapping factors are continuously variable complex numbers derived from the current bonus payment for a DAZ web developer it is actually never possible to convert DAZ-time into real time. This is why the store upgrade took just a couple of months in DAZ-time, but in the linear universe, the elapsed time became so great that it has never actually been reached ... which is probably why the store still does not work.

    ....

Actually, variability in time calculations when dealing with the DAZ world are due to the blackhole around which DAZ orbits. This explains quite well the shocking value of the DAZ "Soon". One should also understand that the blackhole exerts significant influence on our pockets. The massive gravity of this phenomenon bends light in fascinating ways causing us to often exclaim "ooh, shiny!" just before cash flies from our pockets.

I think you've managed to explain that Archimedes' Tortoise is a DAZ employee working on the store... ;-)
