How can we reach out to colaborate with other designers?

is there a way to speak with designers to go over concepts, models etc. to collaborate (i.e. Speak with a person about a figure or design that is similar). Is there an email form or other way to get in touch with them? Am I missing something to speak about a concept or model to build upon.

    By collaborate, do you mean request a specific product from a PA or actually work together on a project?

    I haven't seen any place to give ideas to PAs other than on the forums. If you are talking about working together on a project with other users, then you probably want to find like minded creators in the freebie forum since they are not doing this as a business and would be more open to working with other creators.

    General product suggestions;

    There are PAs that do commissions.Keep in mind commission work is time consuming, therefore expensive.

    Several on deviantart, also a few over at rendo, I'm sure there are other places I'm forgetting where content creators will take on commission work.

    A lot of PAs, if not most, have more ideas than time in which to execute them.  That said, you can always try your luck contacting vendors through ArtStation or DA or Rendo, or, you know Fiverr.  Don't be surprised if you don't get an enthusiastic reception, though.

    The forums do provide a Private Messaging sytem if that's of any interest. Clicking a person's name/handle, then click on Message to send them a message. However if once you get a good connection for working then it would be a good idea to share in the PM your email addresses and communicate that way. Some do Skype. Some do Zoom. etc.

    Many 3D artists are open to consumers, just be very aware that it is extremely expensive to do so and offering anything below professional standards can be rather insulting.
