Is there any makeup solutions for 8.1 female yet?

    Well... it looks like 8.1 doesn't use maps with transparency in the makeup channel?

    So it's going to be manual processing. Well, more than Genesis 8 (with some makeups more transferrable with one click than others).

    Here's the 3-second, low-effort version. I pasted one of Sahira 8's makeup layers onto Jada 8.1's no-brow Diffuse map here. (Only ran a couple iterations before denoising.)... that's what I used in the Makeup channel.
    Knowing that the diffuse layer is part of the makeup maps in 8.1, that's just going to be part of the process, I guess.

    how did you find that? I searched for: makeup 8.1  and it didn't come up. 

    DAZ really needs to update their outdated website's search & tagging system.  It's so hard to find stuff.  Their website search functionality, tagging, sorting, organizing hasn't been properly updated in like 10 years.

    The guy who made this product didn't even put the words 8.1 anywhere in the title or description:  https://www.daz3d.com/makeup-artist-essentials-lie-poses-and-expressions - How can I trust that this guy has any clue he knows what he's doing, if he can't even describe his product correctly?

    No offense, but this product is not good, at all. *sigh*

    How could something so important be neglected on 8.1F?

    Daz has promised search upgrades in the near-ish future. Not sure if that means truly soon, or just Daz soon.

    because 8.1 hasn't been out that long and not every user is using 8.1, so it will take some time before all the things that were out for 8.0 will be made or updated for 8.1. Some users don't view makeups as importart also since most characters come with their own makeups. Unnfortunately DAZ likes to label all assets as compatible for the most current figure, even if they are not
