Hello,
I'm having a problem with Mech 4D's Hoplite figure. The figure loads fine and renders really nicely, but the fibermesh crest renders white. Is this happening for anyone else?

Try saving your scene, restarting DAZ Studio and reloading your scene and render again.

That does look like a failed shader compilation. Go to Edit, or Apple menu>Preferences and note the location of the temp folder. Then go to that folder, then into the Shaders folder, then the brickyard folder, and delete the contents. Try rendering again, if that fails try reapplying the materials to force DS to recompile any Shader Mixer shaders.

Yes, it's very strange. Thank you all for commenting, I deleted my temp files and reapplied the mat. Even went into a modeler and created a new texture. But I'm still rendering all white on just the fibermesh. I've attached the surface settings as I see them. Thank you all again.

Weird. I only did a quick test in 3Delight and it seemed to work with DS4.7.0.12.

Even in the OctaneRender plugin with autoconversion the Fiber Hair Crescent loaded in the proper color.

I love seeing Octane renders. I'm stuck with an AMD card for a while, but as soon as I can I'll get an GeForce and get it. Awesome stuff!
